Life After Smokes ????

Well I did it. It's been 3 days since my last cig ... The physical addiction is supposedly gone and now we just need to deal with the psych part ... sigh ... this is where the real battle is!

Well frell I wasn't going to whine I wanted to shout how proud I was that I made it this far! I will continue to make it 5 minutes at a time ... ( I keep telling my self that I can have a smoke in 5 minutes some hours I have to remind me every 5 minutes LOL)

So we'll see how this one goes ... my DH has quite too ... we had a bad lung thing go through the family (he could hardly breath let alone smoke) I am hoping as he gets better he will stay smoke free ... fingers crossed
